Sean Dennin
Sean Dennin serves as Executive Director of Birch Citadel, a California habitability law firm dedicated to helping tenants and families facing unsafe living conditions. He believes leadership, advocacy, and business should always put people first.

Throughout his career working alongside law firms and legal professionals across the country, Sean has seen firsthand how overwhelming the legal system can feel for everyday people. Many individuals dealing with serious housing and habitability issues feel ignored, unheard, or uncertain about where to turn. That reality is a big part of what drew him to Birch Citadel and the mission the firm is building.
At Birch Citadel, Sean helps lead a team committed to making sure clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. The firm’s work goes beyond claims and case files—it is about standing beside individuals and families during some of the most difficult and stressful moments of their lives. Birch Citadel is focused on helping restore balance for people who often feel powerless when facing unsafe housing conditions, large property owners, and complex legal systems.
As Executive Director, Sean focuses on strengthening the firm’s vision, operations, and client experience so Birch Citadel can continue expanding its impact and serving more families in need. He is passionate about building strong systems and teams that allow the firm to serve its communities with empathy, transparency, and integrity.
Outside of work, Sean is a proud father of three boys, and much of what drives him comes back to family and the future he hopes to help create for the next generation. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing offshore, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and going on weekend adventures with his boys.
